CLAYTEN STEDMANN has worked in the education, training, and coaching business since 1995. From 1995 to 2020, he has focused on business as a spiritual path in his coaching practice. Since discovering Consciousness Kinesiology (CK) in 2004, he has done over 9.8 million CK calibrations and created over ten consciousness assessments and several unique energetic medicine protocols.
From 2013 to the present, Clayten has transitioned from using his coaching skills in his private practice to using his research skills using kinesiology (CK) and his coaching skills in a company he co- founded. Focused Life-Force Energy (FLFE) is a continuation of his purposeful intention to create the conditions for humanity to have a higher level of consciousness.
Focused Life-Force Energy began in 2008 when two men with an interest in high-consciousness fields met through a mutual friend. After coming across the beginnings of an invention that would become part of the FLFE system, Jeffrey Stegman and Clayten Stedmann worked together to develop it into more. Eventually, they would broadcast high-consciousness fields to specific locations around the world. They poured thousands of hours into research and development to enhance this technology. Beginning with service projects and targeting trauma-hit areas like refugee camps, FLFE grew into a private company and is now invited into the lives of thousands of people in over 80 countries. We still donate over 90% of the energy created by the technology to service projects around the globe. How To Get Control of Your Time And Your Life
When invited to participate in the no BS Spiritual Book club, I was actually a bit surprised when this first book came to mind. I grew up in the same house until I left home, and my parents had the same job that entire time. That would be very unusual for today’s generation. My father was a tradesman for an international manufacturing company and was a “Golden Watch Man.” He received the watch once he hit the 25-year mark in his career. As I got into my teen years, I started to really notice that people lived much differently than my family and our regular work schedule with all its associated patterns. This got me REALLY curious about how other people organized their time. I was an active reader at a young age and came across this book, which opened a door to the possibilities of how other people thought about what they do with their life and how they can manage the process of creating the life they choose.
Autobiography of a Yogi
This awakened me to the possibility that we live in a multidimensional reality, where unusual human capacities can awaken at a certain level of development. (These are traditionally known as Siddhis in Eastern culture.) I had enough experiences of being around extraordinary people that I believed in this possibility. When I read this book, it takes me away from the mundane day-to-day world and into a world of mystical potential, which of course takes a lot of work (i.e. time, effort, and discipline to attain).

I have been in the Education, Training and Coaching industry since 1995 and Geoffrey Lane is the best presenter I have ever met. I got to know him personally for several years and he is as genuine of a person as I have ever known. Geoffrey set the bar for communicating to a group of people in a way that I have only seen in perhaps one other presenter since. I still don’t particularly like speaking in front of large groups, but I know through Geoffrey’s training that if I take the time and prepare, I will be okay.
Power VS Force
Through my spiritual studies over the decades, I came to believe that every human is directly connected to divinity. That it should be possible that some people, at times and in some ways, can bypass all belief systems to find highly accurate truth. This book confirmed this and gave us a pathway to work out the subtleties of exploring the truth, if you put in the time to learn. It took me 5 years and 2.5 million calibrations to develop accuracy in a few areas of research. It has been 19 years since I have read this first book by Dr. Hawkins, and I use now kinesiology every day to assist me in my ongoing search for and desire to be in alignment with truth. I believe this idea and this methodology could be the biggest benefit to humanity that I have ever come across.
You Own the Power
My father was diagnosed with Leukemia in the fall of 2003, and I went back and forth to my hometown where he lived as he was passing. When it was very likely that he would pass over soon, I spent about a month with him in the evenings as he was dying to ensure his safety as he was getting out of the bed to go to the bathroom at night, as he was so weak. That was the best month of our lives that we have ever spent together. During that month, we had a number of what would be called psychic experiences in the hospital room I was staying in with him at night, (that were confirmed by my father) that were undeniable. We confirmed the nature of the spirit world and recognized that there was some capacity within both of us to see that world and communicate with it to some degree. After my father passed over, I started reading voraciously on the subject. I was clear that I had a certain amount of innate capacity and that it needed some training. The big insight in that work was that Psychics and Intuitives have to adhere to the same professional standards as any other profession if they want to establish themselves professionally and maintain themselves in their personal and professional life over a long-term basis.

When I came across this book, I had been away from home for about a year and was very interested in studying different philosophies and religions. At this time I was doing as many personal development courses as time and money would allow from organizations like context training and peak performance training, and I ordered a name analysis from a person that I met at one of the courses. It was so extraordinarily accurate (How did they know that much about me from my name and my birthdate?)that I then got a name analysis from the organization that this person studied in. I was fascinated by the relationship between mathematics, language and consciousness. This began a period of my life when I was active in this philosophical organization for 11 years, from 1984 through to 1995. Caveat: Like many people, l left the Kabalarian Philosophy in 1995 when the current leader at the time (Ivon Shearing) was accused of and eventually convicted of sexual assault/abuse going back decades. He had been sexually abusing some of the female students of the Kabalarian Philosophy. I also sat in a room with women that said they were sexually abused by both Ivon Shearing and Alfed Parker (the founder of the Kabalarian philosophy) so be aware that this a part of the culture of that organization. I say this with a certain amount of respect for the teachings and the positive influence that both the teachings and the people in the philosophy had on my life. As I wrote this, I did not see any place on the Kabalarian Philosophies website where Ivon Shearing’s behavior is acknowledged as being unacceptable and not part of the teachings of the philosophy. It appears that they have gone back to Alfed Parker’s writings to distance themselves from Ivon Shearing. You can look up the details with a quick web search. The book that I read was a hardcover book, and although similar to this title, it may not have been exactly the same.
Truth Vs Falsehood
The graphs and charts of all the calibrations led me to explore other areas of research using Kinesiology that I had only thought were possible. This book made those possibilities real.
Transcending the Levels of Consciousness
A step-by-step process of how to raise your consciousness and a way to see where you are presently at, based on the experience that you are having in life. Not your opinion about who you are, your actual experience. This book reveals the lessons that each Level of Consciousness requires us to learn to transcend it and go to the next level. Profound.
The Sasquatch Message to Humanity Book 2
I have had my own experiences with this race of beings beginning with a visit to the small town of Harrison Hotsprings in 2005. This book finally made that experience and my ongoing study of and relationship with that race real. In my opinion, the Sasquatch race are much more evolved than humans which gives them other capabilities such as having the ability to switch between dimensions. For example, they become invisible to humans as they go between dimensions. This book tells a history of the earth and our cosmos from a very different perspective than most of us experience. I have seen bits and pieces of this history in other places, and this is the best summary that I have found in one place.
What Color Is Your Parachute?
This book taught me that Career Planning could be a systematic process, that it could be demystified. That you could not only do assessments on yourself to understand where you fit in the world, but that you could then learn to create enough value to be rewarded with the things that all of us want as basic necessities. Beyond that you could go much further by living a life of Joyful service to all. This turning point led me to eventually become a client of a professional career planning company for 3 years. I went once a week for an individual coaching session and once a week for a group session. Partway through this process I knew that if I persisted that I would create an extraordinary career for myself. From there I got trained as a personal, business and life skills coach and participated in that industry as a self-employed person for 25 years. (I still do some coaching and it is in the context of working with employees rather that clients.)
